First, this won’t be a Trektard rainbow worshipfest about literally adopting a shift towards the UFP. But in the end, this will make the strong case for moving in the direction of the UFP. The only thing about that first depiction of the Federation in TOS that was puzzling was having a Prime Directive that was focused on non-interference. When it becomes a question of pure right and wrong, there is nothing wrong with interference. In fact, any sort of moral sense at all must draw a line somewhere and say enough is enough-NOW WE INTERFERE! Roddenberry didn’t go far enough with pinpointing the thorny issues of contact between advanced and inferior civilizations. Interference isn’t the real problem here. Uninvited Aggression always IS a factor in these encounters and the little guy always gets shafted in favor of the Big Guy.
In view of this fact, the Prime Directive suggested here must focus on the issue of AGGRESSION, not interference. So the Prime Directive must be a Non-Aggression Directive that all member units adopt in whole with no reservations and enforced with zero tolerance.
There are many reasons why all humanity stands to flourish upon adopting a directive like this. This Directive must be Supreme in every sense; no religious exemption can be invoked here. No Treaty can unwind the Prime Directive. Uninvited unwanted Aggression against any individual or group shall not be permitted. Period. End of subject. Regardless of what the Caliphate, Sanhedrin, or Holy See might think otherwise. Self-defense is the ONLY situation where violence and lethal force can be used to stop uninvited aggression.
The biggest reason to immediately adopt the Prime Directive as the Supreme Law of the Land, Sea, Air, and Deep Space is the global homicide crime scene categorized in the social sciences as Democide or Death facilitated by Government Action.
No serial killer can rack up the body count that government has throughout the pages of history. From the times of the psychopathic goat herders of Israel to the firebombing of Dresden to the present Gaza genocide being inflicted on the real Semites by East Europeon Nazi fake Jews. Every example in history has some sort of government/State identity fueling the hostilities and the reasons to engage in slaughter in every example is flimsy at best.
Most of the time, all it takes, is some volcano god (via the Sees of the human Priesthood) bellowing for the rape and murder of every man, woman, child and all the goats and bison, too, for violating the eyesight of the volcano god. No need for real harm or aggression. Just the insane contradictory claims of the self-proclaimed Righteous representing ‘God’ to the fallen filthy mass herd animals of humanity. The people are appalled to discover the fiscal horrors uncovered in government by DOGE. If the books of Religion were opened up what fiscal horrors lurk there?
The uninvited aggression of the State both within and without, and its imaginary magic power to ‘exempt’ itself from the penalties for murder, coercion, extortion, fraud, corruption, human trafficking, child sex for hire rings, and highway robbery is the most urgent example of why we all need a Prime Directive!
Since the State is the Organization and Legitimation of the Rule of Force, under all circumstances-The Prime Directive would outlaw the long arms of government as traditionally understood.
The First Principle for ‘government’ must be: government cannot have ‘rights’ and ‘absolute’ powers that are not shared by the individual citizen. For if governments do a collective work on behalf of the mass of citizens in the country and it is by this collective ‘consent’ that this government is put into operation, then how can said government have powers that citizens don’t have?
Taxing is over. The citizen can’t shake his neighbor down by force so how can the State?
The simple yardstick of logic to use is to ask yourself this question: Can you do the same thing government is doing without worrying about going to prison?
If you answer no and you see the government doing that activity with impunity then what you have is Rule by Force, not Consent. The State itself is nothing but Uninvited Aggression. The State was never brought about by mutual agreement of the plebs. The State was FORCED on the riff-raff. It was born in conquest and confiscation. Its been the capstone in the Pyramid since Civilization dawned suddenly in the Middle East. Silly humans don’t know any other game than the primate dominance/submission game of the State.
The phantasmal ‘existence’ of the State is not solid-state real like the buildings are that ‘government’ is said to lurk in. All these sorts of groupings are imaginary stand-ins or ‘strawmen’ invented to represent characteristics shared by individuals filtered by observable/receivable signals.
At the end of the philosophical day, the State is not concretely real. It only exists in people’s minds. What is real are the people, individuals, that wear the costumes of government and mime this collective hallucination of government into concrete reality in everyone’s minds. The cops are real. The prisons are real. The Talmudic judicial system is real. They can all rob you of your freedom and your life on a whim. They have the broken consent of the whipped dogs citizenry (aka the Goyim).
Nothing will change in this situation until humanity stops being whipped dogs (and Goyim).
A very good start would be outlawing this illegal immoral aggression committed everyday against all peaceful people by lunatic hallucinating control freaks that force their hallucination on everyone around them, above and out of reach from the common man and woman because by God! T.H.E.Y ARE GOVERNMENT! And you will bow down without hesitation. Or Trump will deport you for the good of the Jews.

Normies just pissed on their Pop Tarts over the realization that if the Loving Government were put in a straightjacket-how are they going to get all their free stuff? How are the roads going to be paved? How are we going to put men on the moon? Or Elon Musk on Mars?
Here’s the big ugly question libertarians and anarcho-capitalists get uncomfortable with when it is dropped into their midst: would civilization as we know it have ever reached the heights it has WITHOUT a State to bullwhip the lazy monkeys into building pyramids and space shuttles? Human nature is to be lazy and progress nowhere as long as everything is easy and threats are low. The question is: could a hypothetical civilization arise to the heights our civilization has on COOPERATIVE grounds rather than COERCIVE ones?
The answer to that is the most fundamental question of human existence since we invented language and writing systems. Is the human being, free of all external influences and corruptions, essentially a cooperative being or a coercive one? The Churchians and all religious literalists will argue that the essential nature of man is evil, fallen, and sinful. So, the very idea that is the foundation of America Herself, the New Atlantis, that being the ideal of SELF-GOVERNANCE is literally Apostasy to these religious doctrines. Fallen corrupt beings are incapable of self-government. So we need ‘God’ to rule man’s governments. But since God can’t literally sit down in Washington DC and call the shots, the call to put God back in government is nonsensical.
Of course, the only beings that can inhabit a human constructed organization like a government are other humans. Even if the human in question claims to identify as a turtle. Or as a duly inspired and called upon Blowhole for God.
It’s humans. All the way down.
Even if they elect an Ass to the Presidency. That ass really isn’t making decisions. The flock of humans swarming around that Ass as its ‘staff’ are the ones making the decisions. They can put a ham sandwich in charge (and they did with Joe Biden); it doesn’t matter. Humans, seen or unseen, are still the only agencies of action that can operate inside a human construct like a government.
But do we really need a coercive organization like a State to maintain good order and encourage progression towards grand collective goals? We need effective organization to do these things but we don’t need a brutal Warden with a club and total immunity from committing gross crimes of violence and theft towards its constituents.
Rather than suffering the bloat of government bureaucracy to rally the resources towards necessary projects to further civilization, localized community ‘corporations’ are the answer as detailed by Catherine Austin Fitts on her Solari website. These are organized, run, and funded by the community in need to organize and execute a project that will benefit the needs of the community at large. These corporations will be of limited duration; when the project is complete, the corporation is disbanded. It doesn’t go running around looking for reasons to demand more funding, more personnel, and more regulatory oversight.
Artificial ‘personhood’ for legal fictions like ‘corporations’ must be completely reformed and abolished from the doctrine of Law. Only living breathing men and women possessed of sentience and flesh and blood can qualify for the legal status of ‘personhood.’ Only human beings can have rights. Only human beings have real legitimate ‘Agency’ in the real world. Legal fictions cannot be declared immune from causing harm and sheilding the actions of real flesh and blood people from facing punishment.
Corporate conglomerates must be outlawed. The corporation as it is constructed today needs radical restructuring. Business activities shouldn’t be required to organize as a corporation in order to do business on a level playing field. Corporations should be organized for doing things like going to the moon or mining the asteroids. Billionaires and their corporate fictions are as big a threat to human freedom as the State is.
Bezos, Gates, ZuckerBORG are not titans of industry. They’re economic mafia dons that need to be prosecuted for crimes against all their so-called ‘customers.’
Is it really true anyone can become a billionaire by doing honest business and offering a real value to a real market? Would any of these billionaires be billionaires without manipulating government to make market interventions in their private favor? If the State were removed from the equation, Bezos Gates ZuckerBORG would be in big trouble. Because real competition and market forces would sweep them from the map like the memory of yesterday’s bad taco farts.
When it comes to endless wars that profit nobody but State-protected monopoly Capitalists, outlawing uninvited aggression under all circumstances is the only way to bring these warmongering goons to heel. In a world adopting a Non-Aggression Directive, these taxfeeding parasites will become the organized crime bosses they should be seen as being. These types should be tried and hung, not celebrated as great paragons of business.
The entire question of self-governance will be determined by the individual man or woman. Can we rise above the inner Mad Chimpanzee to learn COOPERATION is a far superior method to gain net societal peace and security through than zero-sum COMPETITION is?
The vision of Star Trek the Original Series would wholeheartedly shout YES to this question. Obviously, I believe that to be the case as well. But we’ve got a lot of wood to chop to get there. At some point, something like a Prime Directive will become inevitable. And this Prime Directive must focus on what really is the problem between all peoples in all times: uninvited aggression.
Thou Shalt Leave Thy Neighbor severely alone. Then Harm No One and Do as Thy Please.
That’s all the Commandments we need. Thus, it is dubbed the Prime Directive. Let this enactment be the Final Funeral Pyre for the Control Freak Personality. For alas, this is the final identity of humanity’s problems. It’s not the State. It’s not Government. Again, it can only be humans. The humans we can do without are the ones who think they have a special dispensation the rest of us don’t have: the RIGHT TO RULE over everything in the Known Universe.
This is the face of our eternal enemy. The psychopathic control freak is the architect of all humanity’s calamities. Period. This is the only verifiable place for the buck to stop. It is the only perp we can put handcuffs on and march in front of the firing squad. Try and perp walk a ‘government’ or a ‘State.’ If we want to be free as a species we must find a way of decisively neutralizing all psychopaths once and for all.
Enact the Non-Aggression Directive NOW! Criminalize the AGGRESSOR.
