Star Trek The Original Series represents the best destiny humanity could throw its weight behind. The Federation of The Original Series resonated with the whole planet in the late 1960s during the Vietnam Insanity. For the first time ever, the people of the world were presented with a picture of a possible future that worked for EVERYBODY. Not just a filthy Chosen few (with a fetish for small head gear).
The future portrayed in The Original Series hinted at a startling idea: the future was a place where the oligarchic GHOULS who’ve squatted on humanity since Day 1 of High Civilization have been removed from the equation of everyday life. Look how humanity flourished since the Great Ejection of the “Special” People. Humanity is warping around the galaxy in Constitution-class starships! When that Boot of Oppression and Restriction (the STATE and OLIGARCHY) is removed from the neck of humanity, watch the explosion of creativity and wealth proliferate for ALL. That is the hidden promise buried in the vision of the Federation.
So it is our duty today to spend our social and political capital in ONE direction: the direction which brings the Federation of the Original Series to life for real. First, the version of the Federation we rally behind is critical. The Federation of the Original Series is the future we want. The Federation of the ‘Next Generation’ and beyond was an overt socialist crypto-woke freak show and is a society as absurd as Wakanda.
Like the Federation of the Original Series, the Federation humanity can start to build today must be built on the foundation of One Law: the Prime Directive. However, we need to change the definition of the Prime Directive. This Law must be focused on Aggression not Interference. Uninvited Aggression is the most egregious problem facing sentient beings of all times and eras, not interference.
The question then is: how do we create a United Federation of Planets that is essentially libertarian-voluntaryist through and through with no coercive State in sight anywhere? (Star Fleet Command will have to be a quasi-military hierarchy since its mission is war defense and exploration.) Note: like the SFC of Star Trek, this quasi-military organization is civilian-run by the Federation Council.
The biggest step any one person can make today to bring the Federation closer to reality is to officially RENOUNCE your 14th Amendment ‘US Citizen’ persona and revert to the citizenship of the Old Republic. You see, the Republic is a House no one lives in anymore (or very few live in).
Yes, the Patriot Extremists were right all along: THERE IS TWO FORMS OF CITIZENSHIP in America. There is the American national and there is the US Citizen. The American national has all his/her God-given unalienable rights intact protected by the Constitution. The US Citizen has civil rights which are granted and CAN BE denied by Congress and Congress alone. The US Citizen status was created for BLACKS and ONLY BLACKS to give them a political standing in the country when they were freed from slavery.
The New Deal was the point in American history when the 14th Amendment status was stretched over EVERYONE and the American national was conveniently ‘forgotten.’ It has not been done away with. It is still accessible to everyone who wishes to claim it. It DOES NOT require you to go through a convoluted UCC lien process to do this (which is where the Patriot Extremists went off the deep end). All you have to do is file an official affidavit with the State Department saying that you no longer wish to be identified as a US Citizen because you are now aware of the distinction and are claiming the American national political status instead. This official State Department webpage makes it CLEAR there are two forms of citizenship. It also provides the remedy for returning to this status. So stop with all the ‘activism’ as 14th Amendment Serfs. It will amount to NOTHING. You have no standing in their courts as a 14th Amendment Serf. You have no access to your Rights as a 14th Amendment Serf.
Here’s how to make a real patriot switch: send the State Department your affidavit (your sworn statement of political status change) registered mail with return receipt. Address it to the Head of Administrative Records care of the U.S. Department of State in Washington, DC. Then apply or reapply for your US Passport. Attach another signed and notarized original of your affidavit with the passport application and send it in.
The passport you get back will be for an AMERICAN NATIONAL, not a US CITIZEN. This is where the fun begins. Now that you are back in the Old Republic politically speaking, NOTHING in the US CODE and STATUTES will apply to you anymore. YES, THIS IS TRUE. Income tax only applies to US 14th Amendment Citizens. Same goes for licenses, traffic laws, gun laws, ALL OF IT. When you claim 14th Amendment status, you are adopting a persona that is completely created by Congress and must follow all the rules Congress makes IE the CODES and STATUTES.
You will have DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY to the U.S. Corporation. THIS is the first step everyone wanting to live ‘State Free’ MUST take. Under this new arrangement, the Statists will only be able to mess with you if you actually commit a crime against a FLESH AND BLOOD HUMAN BEING or that HUMAN BEING’S PROPERTY. Isn’t this the goal all you ‘voluntaryists’ are screeching for? SO WHY AREN’T YOU ALL TALKING ABOUT THIS???
THIS truly IS the WAY down and OUT we’ve all been looking for.
Now, imagine when 51% or more of the population has switched back to American nationals. Those nationals can RESEAT the original ‘government’ of the Old Republic. That reseated republic can then adopt what needs to be adopted to put the Federation into motion. Step One would be enacting the Prime Directive – the Non Aggression Directive (NAD) – as the Supreme Law of the Land.
Membership in the Federation must be predicated upon submitting COMPLETELY to the Prime Directive. If a given society or geographical area can’t make that commitment, they’re not in the Federation.
The big speed bump to making a global, then interplanetary Federation will be the bugaboo that has plagued us as much as the “Special” People have: FANATICAL RELIGIONS. So there must be a Come To Jesus Moment for all of humanity. Religions MUST observe the Prime Directive or they will not be tolerated. Are you listening Islam? Are you listening Judaism? Are you listening Jesuits and Catholics? ARE YOU LISTENING SATANISTS? We can no longer tolerate religious dogma that insists it is ‘righteous’ and ‘Godly’ to use force, coercion, and murder to propagate their beliefs and dominance on the sentients around them. That shit has to end NOW.
The end of the line has been reached. There are only TWO choices left.
